In Europe, Opel continued to be synonymous with superior engineering and auto racing. Its new Grand Prix racer, with four cylinders and speeds over 200 kilometers per hour, was one of the biggest winners on the popular European racing circuit. The car in the photo was driven by Carl Jörns from 1914 to 1926 and has a 12.3 liter, 260 horsepower engine with 4-valve technology.
