Saginaw Steering
With roots going back to 1906 under the name Jacox, which was bought by General Motors in 1909, this unit was re-named Saginaw Product Company in 1919 and Saginaw Steering Gear Division in 1928. Its operations are now part of Delphi Automotive Systems, which was spun off from GM in 1999.
